At Mittify, we’re delighted to offer shipping to several countries, including Canada, UK, France, Germany, Australia, Singapore, and the UAE. We aim to provide you with a seamless and reliable delivery experience, ensuring your order reaches you in a timely manner.

Shipping Methods and Rates:

We offer standard shipping to all eligible countries mentioned above. Shipping rates may vary depending on your location and the weight of your order. During the checkout process, you will be provided with the available shipping options and corresponding rates for your destination.

Shipping Times:

Your order will typically be delivered within 7-8 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. Once your order is processed and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery and estimate the expected delivery date.

Order Processing:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out for delivery. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details.


Returns Policy

We don’t accept returns because we’re committed to reducing our environmental impact, and returning fragile items can cause damage.

However, if you’re not satisfied with your first order within 7 days of delivery, we’ll refund your order value.

Refund Policy:

To request a refund, send us a picture of the delivered product and the invoice for our checks. We’ll process refunds within 7 business days to the original payment method. Refund requests after 7 days of delivery won’t be accepted.

Replacement Policy:

For damaged, wrong, or missing items, request a replacement within 7 days of delivery. Send us a picture of the order and the invoice. If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll issue a full refund.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it or before shipping, whichever comes first. Once shipped, orders can’t be canceled. Email or WhatsApp us for cancellations. Refunds are immediate.

Conditions for Non-Acceptance:

  • Replacement requests after 7 days of delivery.
  • Reporting damage/missing items after 7 days of delivery.
  • Cancelling after 12 hours of ordering or after shipping.
  • Customer error in ordering.
